The biweekly offline sessions are hands-on lab days — peer collaborations, live account reviews, portfolio critiques, mock agency stand-ups, and activities that are difficult to replicate in a remote setting. They are mandatory and form part of your attendance record.

TCS has 4 lead trainers with a combined 40 years of real execution experience across Performance and Paid Media, SEO and AI Workflows, Programmatic and AdTech, and Martech and Automation. Every trainer has managed real budgets and real accounts at scale — not taught from academic or social media observation.

The job guarantee is a written contract. To be eligible you must maintain 85% attendance, complete all assignments, finish the agency sprint, publish your portfolio, and score 75% or above in assessments. If you meet all criteria and do not receive a qualifying offer within 90 days of graduation — Course 1 minimum ₹4.5L, Course 2 minimum ₹7L — 50% of your specialisation fee is refunded.

It is mandatory for graduation from Course 1 and Course 2.
