The biweekly offline sessions are hands-on lab days — peer collaborations, live account reviews, portfolio critiques, mock agency stand-ups, and activities that are difficult to replicate in a remote setting. They are mandatory and form part of your attendance record.

The job guarantee is a written contract. To be eligible you must maintain 85% attendance, complete all assignments, finish the agency sprint, publish your portfolio, and score 75% or above in assessments.
